Update - 2 years later 2022. We’ve been happily using Kiwi for several years for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. We like the barely wet carpet cleaning which dries very quickly and the thorough duct cleaning is thorough uses a sanitizer that smells good and is not overpowering. Technicians are prompt and professional and customer service does its best to apply discounts. The year long carpet cleaning warranty at a significantly reduced price for repeat visits just can’t be beat.

Kiwi Services has been my one and only carpet cleaning service since 2002. I especially like their warranty program where they will come out and re-clean your carpet for $7 a room, plus trip charge, anytime within 12 months. I also like the quick drying time. My only bad experience was one rep who grossly overpriced a minor carpet repair. I called him out on it and he dropped the price substantially to less than 50% of what he quoted me.

I have used them for about 1 years. My white 20 year old carpet still looks good. Got my mother and son to use them too. Great service and great crew.Dec 2021 update. Did not use them in 2020 due to Covid but could not wait for them to come and clean my home again. LOVE THEM. The staff is amazing and so is the service and the cleaning. A+++

Disappointed with my service today. No one called the day before to confirm my appt or give me an estimated time. I had to call the day of my service to see if they were coming. My appt time was between 8-10 and they did not show up until after that window. The technician did a rushed quick clean and then banged my glass door with his tools on the way out. Not one of my best experiences with Kiwi.

I became a customer years ago after one of my neighbors told me about the company. We have since moved and I called on a few other companies with lower prices, but I am back as a Kiwi customer and do not plan to use any other company again. I can honestly say that you will be pleased. I do not like the way other companies soak the carpet pad which means soggy carpet for sometimes up to 24 hours. With Kiwi my carpet is dry in less than 2 hours. Also, I love the fresh citrus smell of the carpet and the convenience of being able to call them back to clean throughout the year by just paying the inexpensive trip charge and $4 per room fee. So all in all, I have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies throughout the metroplex, but Kiwi out ranks them all. Finally, the customer service is superb! My home care consultant is Lacy and she is responsive and friendly. I really do not think that you will be disappointed with Kiwi.

I was very please with Kiwi. We have worked with them over the years. First, we had our carpet cleaned before moving into our first home. They offer a guarantee on all their services and came back to touch up for free which was above and beyond.They are also going to help us clean our air vents, blower motor and dryer vent and sanitize. Everything about my experience was wonderful. From scheduling my appointment to having the service completed, all easy to accomplish and very professional. The technician arrived when he said he would and I received a call 30 minutes before his arrival. Once he arrived, he explained the entire process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then completed the work quickly and efficiently and then fully explained the charges and again asked if I had any concerns. By far the BEST results of ANY carpet cleaning and I’ve tried them all. I first used them when I bought my first house. The carpet was old and disgusting. I have been using Kiwi for about ten years. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, but I am never as satisfied as when I use Kiwi. They use a great cleaner that leaves the carpets looking like new. I like that they don’t flush the carpets with water, letting it get into the padding and fibers. Most of the time, the carpet is completely dry within thirty minutes of them leaving. All the employees are friendly and respectful.

We have used Kiwi Services twice now after water pipe leaks under our foundation required the plumbers to pull back our bedroom carpeting to drill through the foundation and repair the leaks. On short notice Kiwi was able to come out the very next day after the repairs were finished to stretch and put the carpeting back in place, as well as joining the seam where it had to be cut in the doorway to the room. The service was great and they did a fantastic job making it look as good as new! I will definitely use them again, although hopefully not because of any more water pipe leaks under our house!
