“KIWI called the day before to confirm, then called 10-15 minutes before arrival to make sure I was home. The technician arrived just when KIWI worker said they would. Technician introduced himself, asked to see where the cleaning would take place, wanted to know if I had a particular stain or problem area that he needed to pay special attention to and then he went to get his equipment. He pretreated the carpet, cleaned the carpets, and then he raked the carpet. Before he left, he asked me to look around to see if everything looked good and was done to my satisfaction. It absolutely was, and then I paid him by credit card, and he thanked me and left. I have used KIWI carpet cleaning for about six years, and they have always done a wonderful job. One time after a carpet cleaning, some spots they had cleaned came back the next day, so I called them, and KIWI sent someone right out, and they redid the carpet and didn’t charge me.
