Upholstery Cleaning Reviews and Comments

I’ve used Kiwi for several years. Their prices are good and I love the one year warranty where they will clean as often as you want for one year at a much cheaper cost. It is not free, but under $100 for my three bedroom two story house. The warranty cleaning does not include vacuuming or moving furniture as the initial cleaning does. They are up front about all fees when you schedule and are always very friendly. Certain stains also cost extra because they require extra treatment. Dirt and general high traffic areas come out well. But spills and pet stains will probably not be removed with the basic cleaning. Even with extra costs the price is better than other companies I’ve used in the past. I have two dogs and the overall pet odor (not urine because my dogs rarely have accidents) or any odor is not removed with the regular cleaning. I recommend paying extra for the odor remover if you have any odors in your carpet. I haven’t done that before because of the cost, but will do that today and leave another review about how effective that is. It’s the warranty that keeps me coming back. Remember to use it within the one year though!

I have used Kiwi Services on a number of occasions. Whether it was carpet cleaning, carpet repair and upholstery; Kiwi has always done a great job. If I encountered an issue, Kiwi have resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend Kiwi Services for cleaning.
