We’ve been happily using Kiwi for several years for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. We like the barely wet carpet cleaning which dries very quickly and the thorough duct cleaning is thorough uses a sanitizer that smells good and is not overpowering. Technicians are prompt and professional and customer service does its best to apply discounts. Kiwi Services has been my one and only carpet cleaning service since 2002. I especially like their warranty program where they will come out and re-clean your carpet for $7 a room, plus trip charge, anytime within 12 months. I also like the quick drying time. My only bad experience was one rep who grossly overpriced a minor carpet repair. I called him out on it and he dropped the price substantially to less than 50% of what he quoted me.

Disappointed with my service today. No one called the day before to confirm my appt or give me an estimated time. I had to call the day of my service to see if they were coming. My appt time was between 8-10 and they did not show up until after that window. The technician did a rushed quick clean and then banged my glass door with his tools on the way out. Not one of my best experiences with Kiwi.

I became a customer years ago after one of my neighbors told me about the company. We have since moved and I called on a few other companies with lower prices, but I am back as a Kiwi customer and do not plan to use any other company again. I can honestly say that you will be pleased. I do not like the way other companies soak the carpet pad which means soggy carpet for sometimes up to 24 hours. With Kiwi my carpet is dry in less than 2 hours. Also, I love the fresh citrus smell of the carpet and the convenience of being able to call them back to clean throughout the year by just paying the inexpensive trip charge and $4 per room fee. So all in all, I have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies throughout the metroplex, but Kiwi out ranks them all. Finally, the customer service is superb! My home care consultant is Lacy and she is responsive and friendly. I really do not think that you will be disappointed with Kiwi.

Our team will carefully roll up your rugs for you and transport them to our state-of-the-art rug cleaning facility, where they will undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove dirt, stains, and odors.

Our rug cleaning process includes:

Pre-Washing Inspection: We inspect each rug for all preconditions that may need special attention, such as dye bleeding, wear and tear fringe damage, pet stains, odor, or anything else that may require specialized cleaning methods.
Dust Removal: Thoroughly vacuum both sides of the rug with a heavy-duty vacuum to remove loose soil, dust, and dirt.
Pre-spray: Spray both sides of the rug with a particular cleaning solution that causes tough stains and dirt to emulsify
Wash & Treat: Wash your rug using a variety of techniques that fit the specific needs of the rug and depending on its fibers, dyes, soiling, and construction.
Clean the rug backing: Wash and rinse the rug backing several times till it is clean
Clean the rug fringe: Clean the fringe with special equipment and our exclusive fringe cleaner.
Rinse, Vacuum, and Inspect the results: Rinse the rug with clean water, inspect it for any remaining stains, and then Flip it over and repeat. Then perform the same steps to the back of the rug.
Repeat the Process: Repeat the above five steps until we achieve optimum cleaning results.
Odor Neutralization: Apply a freshening product to help neutralize odors. For rugs with significant odor or pet stains problems, we will need to perform special treatment for handling pet stains and odors.
Dry: The rug will then be dried flat with high-speed air blowers to avoid color migration and fiber stretching.
Post Detailing: Dust both sides again before carefully wrapping and preparing your rug for delivery.

Once your rug is clean and dry, we will carefully package it up and deliver it back to your home or business. You can trust that your rug is in good hands with the Kiwi team of experienced professionals.
