KIWI Services Customer Referral Discounts
At KIWI, we value our customers’ opinions, and often call after an appointment to get their feedback, because we believe in providing an experience that you would share with others. Word of mouth is an invaluable way to gain new KIWI customers, and for that, we’ll need your help. If you scheduled a KIWI service and loved it, refer a friend or family member who could use our services to help us achieve our mission of making this a Kiwi-Lover world! Plus, we’ll give you something special for your referral, to show just how much we appreciate you.
What goes around comes Back around
So, how does the referral discount program work? Well first, become one of our KIWI customers by scheduling one or more of our home services. If you love our service, then share it with someone you know. Let them know how pleased you are with your KIWI experience and suggest that they schedule a service.
Then, tell your friend or family member to mention your name when they call in to make an appointment. Once they set up a visit, you will be eligible for one of three referral bonuses. Plus, we will give them a bonus just for acting on your referral, regardless of which service they choose! This is a win, win, win for everyone involved!
How our referral program works:
If you refer someone to our company and they use our services, we will offer you a reward. As a big and special thank you for the referral, choose one of the following three:
- Two free rooms of our DuPont™ Teflon® protection applied at your next carpet cleaning appointment
- One free room of carpet cleaning. This can be a room we have not cleaned before, which will then be added to your carpet cleaning warranty. Or, it could also be one room currently under warranty. This room would be cleaned as if it were an initial cleaning, which means that we would move the light moveable furniture and vacuum.
- Travel charge waived on your next warranty carpet cleaning appointment.
The new customer who was referred will also be given one free room of DuPont™ Teflon® protection. How awesome is that? They haven’t even used us and we are already spreading the love! And, if they don’t schedule a carpet cleaning, the referral bonus will be noted on their account and can be used in the future at any time. We will also be sure to notate your account so you will get to choose your discount the next time you call in.
