On the day of my appointment to have my carpet cleaned, I was just getting over a bad cold. I almost cancelled the appointment. The Kiwi Serviceman, Brian C., came early and before he started cleaning my carpet, he had encouraged me to feel better.
Brian did an excellent, professional job. I enjoyed being in his presence. It's not often to meet someone for the first time and feel really comfortable.
I will gladly recommend Kiwi Services to my associates. I will be sure and mention to them that kiwi has intelligent, considerate and friendly technicians. Brian represents your company well and should be considered for promotion. Thank You

I am a resident in Valley Ranch, Irving, TX and I experienced a water leak that affected my kitchen and bathroom. John M. saved the day for me...literally! He replaced the padding, dried out the carpet and cleaned it...looks like new. he is so professional, conscientious, and a hard worker...he had me taken care of in no time...he wasted no time. But more importantly, I could definitely tell he cared more about my being pleased and my satisfaction than he was about himself and his work schedule. He is "into the present"...and as a chaplain, I recognize that is a gift John gives to the universe. So, my friends at Kiwi, cherish him and treat him well...he represents you/the company in such a valuable way...what an asset!

I wanted to write to you and pass along my feedback on how an amazing job Phann K. did on our job. Phann's attention to detail on outlining the right plan (which required him to make multiple calls to expert sources to make sure he was suggesting teh correct course of treatment), timely execution which was critical in our case due to our home closing, constant communication with me to make sure I knew how things were progressing, and, most amazingly, follow-up post execution to make sure the job had been done right for us to close our house. This guy genuinely cared, was a leader with his crew (saw this first hand) and has impeccable customer relation skills.
